RESERVING THE CLUBHOUSE THROUGH THE WEBSITE
Please make sure that when you reserve the Clubhouse on line, you must provide your email address, home address, and telephone number to reserve the Clubhouse. This information is critical in case Whitney needs to discuss the reservation with you. Keep in mind, the $45.00 reservation fee is non-refundable for any cancellation in which Whitney is not giving a 72 hour notice of the cancellation.
REVISED DUES DELINQUENCY POLICY
At our October 11, 2006 Steeplechase HOA Board Meeting, the Board approved a new Dues Delinquency Policy. Go to the By Laws button and go to Steeplechase Subdivision HOA Assessment and Collection Policy to review the new policy.
